APOC METHOD!!
That is a method like no other. I recommend it for anyone. But it's not for the faint of heart, my friend.
It is definitely as the name describes. You either survive or you don't. I don't know where to find material, but it is the easiest to learn because there isn't much to teach.
There is no gray area in this method. It is everything or nothing, then move on.
