Am I just another lost soul?
Dec. 13, 2007 9:50 PM - [ post comment ]

So i have been in the pick up game for about three months. I like most of puas, afcs... have consumed everything I can get my hands on. So much now, that I just decide to stop searching for new stuff and go back to the basics. KIno and banter is what  my wingman and I are studing for the next month. We share materials like DEL and the experinces that we create with this material. We figure that this has been the strongest angles we have encountered during any set we have open since learning about the game.

So am I wrong for want to relearn, what I Already Know. IS there a better way to go about this? Has Anyone tried something similar, if not the same?

Yeah , I went through the exact same thing just go over the stuff in small increments and study it over and over dont just read something once read it untill you can reciete it word for word. But it seems like you have studied enough go out there. No amount of studying is going to prevent you from getting dissed it happens to even the best players. But going out into the field and practicing is what makes you good. The reason why mystery is as good as he is, is because he didnt study he made it up as he went so he went through lots of trial and error so just go out there good day mate.

Going back to basics is the 'best' thing you can do after reading so much material. You probably have 100 different fancy acronyms and terms bouncing around in your head..not knowing which one to try first.

I suggest you keep it simple, don't get to technical and go by what 'feels' right...and most important...RELAX. Take your time, don't be in a rush to try out everything you have learned (allot of the material is regurgitated information and technical jargon anyway). .
