This is my first blog entry that I am making, I am going to try to focus on new methods and things people can use for themselves rather than question myself about things I have done.

So here is something I have been working on,

Recently I purchased a new Longboard and was riding it around when a HB7 actually opened me with "nice longboard, can I try?" My mind instantly started to think of what I could turn this into. So I said "Alright, how much experience do you have on boards?" She had absolutely none.

Already I have displayed high value because I have a skill that not everyone has or chooses to put out there. Even if you don't do any tricks riding longboards around gets you noticed more just because they are awesome.

I decide to build some comfort and Kino while I negged her for not being able to ride a longboard and teasing that maybe I'll give her a strong push or something. I told her to get on the board and stand in the position I showed her, then put my hands somewhat firmly on her hips and started to push her forward. Then told her to use her back foot to push blah blah explaination. I had a good vibe going so she was getting really into it and wanted to try going like 20 yards on her own, I told her that I required more than a pretty face to trust people with my stuff. She then offered her # so that I could reach her if she turned tail and ran. I said "boy giving your # out already, we might not work out you move to fast for me, it would just be weird to have you running around the place all the time and me having to explain to my friends about you."

So I accepted the # after she giggled and messed with her hair a bit (IOIs) and she rode off and came back.

Moral of the story: Skateboards or anything that requires balance can be a great way to build up Kino and Comfort and show some higher value. Try bringing these items along if you plan to go on a walking date or something were the board may be used.
